Location: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; or Minneapolis, MN). Must be based in the United States
Salary: $112,000 – $160,000

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end employee relations investigations, producing detailed memos, executive updates, and disciplinary documentation.
- Serve as the lead investigator for highly complex and sensitive colleague relations matters across various service lines.
- Partner with business leadership to identify root causes of issues and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
- Analyze ER data and metrics using Microsoft Excel to identify patterns and report findings.
- Provide risk-based guidance on performance management, crisis management, and policy compliance.
- Mentor and train other People & Culture functions on employee relations best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- 7+ years of Employee Relations experience.
- Proven track record of investigating complex matters and managing risk in a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including California employment laws.
- Experience with case management tools and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to travel less than 5% to service the client base.
Nice to have
- PHR/SPHR or CP/SCP certification.
