What you will do

• Design and implement micro-architecture and RTL for complex power management integrated circuits.
• Collaborate with system and chip architects to create industrial-quality implementations.
• Manage the full design development cycle from documentation and coding to timing specifications and silicon bring-up.
• Produce detailed register specifications and comprehensive block micro-architectures.
• Mentor and supervise other digital design engineers.
• Evaluate and improve design and verification methodologies through cross-functional reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of professional experience in EE, CS, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in Verilog/SystemVerilog, Synthesis, STA, and low power design.
• Proficiency in LINT and CDC quality checks using tools like Spyglass.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Python.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

• Domain expertise in 802.3 standards and Serdes design.
• Background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Error Correction codes, and physical layer protocols.
