Compensation: Base $140,000 - $150,000; Total Target Compensation (TTC) $290,000 - $300,000

What you will do
- Actively prospect and sell 's solutions to a high-value portfolio of hospitals in a "hunter" capacity.
- Identify cross-selling and expansion opportunities to drive revenue across various commercial models.
- Develop compelling proposals, negotiate complex pricing structures, and close contracts efficiently.
- Collaborate with strategy, customer success, and clinical account teams to advance solution utilization.
- Manage the sales pipeline and meet quarterly and annual revenue goals through strategic account planning.
- Deliver presentations and conduct training at customer sites, with 70%+ travel required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- 5 to 8 years of customer-facing sales experience to Health Systems (specifically in Medical Device or Medtech SaaS).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a closing role.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts through high-touch partnerships.
- Ability to be based in and operate within Dallas or Houston, Texas.
- Experience working in technical environments with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a startup environment.
- Previous experience in digital health, SaaS, or SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) sales.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced data analytic tools.
