Solution Sales Specialist (Healthcare Data and AI): Manage the sales process to bring ’s Data & Technology solutions to new Provider clients with an accent on consultative solution selling, pricing and contracting, and cross-functional execution. Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $128,000 - $192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end sales for new Provider clients, from lead generation to close, including value proposition presentations and contract execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, focusing on transformational outcomes across health systems and academic medical centers.
- Use knowledge of client organizational structures to identify and develop new business opportunities for solutions.
- Gather customer and partner feedback on pricing, market challenges, innovation, and the competitive landscape; own bookings and revenue generation for sold solutions.
- Collaborate across the Healthcare Provider Commercial team and other functions to achieve personal goals, team objectives, and company milestones.
Requirements
- Work authorization: No employer-sponsored work authorization required now or in the future for employment in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, strategy consulting, or business development focused on healthtech SaaS
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry
- Experience selling complex solutions and driving significant revenue growth
- Highly consultative, hands-on, and collaborative approach with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Nice to have
- Experience working with complex technical software and service offerings involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Google suite (Gmail, gCalendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
