What you will do
- Lead supply planning, demand planning, and CPFR processes.
- Define business requirements and identify process gaps with key stakeholders.
- Optimize product assortments and drive the demand process in collaboration with Category and Marketing Managers.
- Forecast business growth and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained with partners.
- Manage backlog and proactively address potential risks and opportunities.
- Execute product launch plans and build strong, long-term business relationships with partners.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of sales experience in Account Management.
- Extensive track record within consumer electronics or FMCG sectors.
- Native proficiency in Filipino and fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
