What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the fintech and digital banking space.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and structure deals that maximize business value.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Knowledge of digital banking, payments, or financial technology solutions.
