What you will do

  • Maintain product knowledge and communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations, track sales metrics, and represent hirify.global Gold at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
