What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to exceed sales targets across the Philippines.
- Collaborate with system integrators, distribution channels, and eco-system partners to craft comprehensive solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Train partners to build robust project pipelines and close impactful deals.
- Provide timely sales reports to inform and drive market expansion strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar sales position, preferably in indirect sales within the IT or Security industry.
- In-depth knowledge of technical parameters for tender specifications.
- Proven experience working with Consultants and Government segment customers.
- Strong technical background in networking, IP-based, audio, or bodyworn technologies.
