What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to exceed sales targets across the Philippines.
  • Collaborate with system integrators, distribution channels, and eco-system partners to craft comprehensive solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Train partners to build robust project pipelines and close impactful deals.
  • Provide timely sales reports to inform and drive market expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar sales position, preferably in indirect sales within the IT or Security industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical parameters for tender specifications.
  • Proven experience working with Consultants and Government segment customers.
  • Strong technical background in networking, IP-based, audio, or bodyworn technologies.
