What you will do

  • Drive the full sales cycle for new business, from initial prospecting to closing.
  • Build and execute GTM strategies leveraging relationships with Cloud Service Providers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients regarding engineering and managed services for CX outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, alliances, and sales engineering teams to maximize co-selling opportunities.
  • Position AI-enabled CX solutions, including automation and analytics, as core business value.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services or managed services sales within CX and CCaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder 7-figure enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition for enterprise customers.
  • Deep expertise in the CSP ecosystem, specifically Genesys, Google, or Amazon.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders.
