Location: Edison, NJ, United States (HYBRID: 4 days/week onsite at client sites in the Edison, NJ area)

Salary: USD 140,000 - USD 170,000 (yearly)

What you will do

• Serve as senior leader and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, bringing actionable insights and thought leadership.
• Align with account teams on account strategy and commercial objectives; act as the voice of the client internally.
• Manage client relationships, translate client needs into revenue opportunities, and drive growth via renewals, upsells, and new solution adoption.
• Lead and mentor a team of Client Managers, Associate Client Directors, and Analysts; build a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery quality and adherence to SLAs.

Requirements

• 8+ years in client leadership roles within retail or CPG.
• 3-5+ years of experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
• 4 days per week onsite with client in the Edison, NJ area.
• Proven success managing large accounts and complex negotiations.
• Strong analytical storytelling and consultative mindset; excellent written and verbal communication.
• BA/BS required (Master’s degree a plus); travel 10–15% expected.
