TL;DR

Senior Manager, Client Research & Insights (Fintech): Leading and evolving the Client Experience (CX) program across U.S. and EMEA regions with an accent on insight-led strategic decision-making. Location: Must be based in New York, NY. Role requires a hybrid work schedule with at least four days per week in the office.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end CX program across the U.S. and EMEA, including survey design, fielding, and reporting.
  • Translate complex client feedback into executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and regional leadership to embed CX insights into business decisions.
  • Define and evolve CX KPIs aligned with broader commercial objectives.
  • Synthesize findings across multiple data sources to create a cohesive narrative on client sentiment.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on client experience trends.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in client research, CX, or insights.
  • Strong experience designing and managing survey-based CX measurement programs like NPS.
  • Proven ability to translate feedback data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources including behavioral and digital analytics.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs within financial services or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with CX platforms such as Medallia.
