Salary: $109,250 – $120,750 + cash incentives

What you will do

• Lead the development and forecasting of the Large Format volume plan.
• Develop and implement scalable tools for measuring KPIs and budget optimization.
• Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights for growth and channel strategy.
• Create content for monthly leadership calls and executive business updates.
• Manage project milestones and cross-functional partnerships across HQ and business units.
• Oversee POS ordering and trade marketing coordination for Large Format.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in an analytical management role within the CPG industry.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with IRI, Numerator, and syndicated data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
