What you will do

• Manage projects end-to-end, from business case evaluation and requirements definition to project design, implementation, and delivery
• Continuously optimize fulfillment partner models (e.g., Fulfillment by hirify.global) and associated processes across the partner journey
• Support the introduction of new business models and scale them into new markets
• Identify bottlenecks (e.g., reporting discrepancies) and develop scalable solutions with tech and logistics teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with above-average grades, ideally in a business-related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, consulting, or a digital environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity in developing solutions
• Strong interest in and good understanding of working with data and technical interfaces
• Strong personality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
