What you will do

• Manage development projects for wind turbine towers, ensuring budget, quality, and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including Electrical, Software, and Mechanical Engineering to ensure technical feasibility.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from initial concept and prototyping to testing, certification, and serial production.
• Manage prototype tests and validation processes to ensure compliance with wind turbine requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Sourcing global functions.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management (PM certification preferred).
• Several years of experience within the wind turbine industry managing complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and MS Project Server.
• English: C1-C2 level required.
• Availability to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ERP and PLM systems.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or German.
