What you will do

• Plan and execute large-scale events, including budget and cost control.
• Manage individual project phases from concept development through final reporting.
• Independently lead small to medium-sized events.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and service providers.
• Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop innovative event concepts for unique customer experiences.
• Proactively manage risks and resources to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, Event Management, or similar.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in planning large-scale events, preferably within an agency.
• Strong organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and team-player mindset.
• Effective communication skills and a structured, forward-thinking approach.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hamburg, Germany.
