What you will do

• Execute strategies for Quote to Cash teams to meet portfolio targets and sustain performance.
• Lead the development and integration of automated business processes and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a distributed team, overseeing daily activities including billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, and Business Applications to deliver roadmap items.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to optimize customer lifecycle and team productivity.
• Manage customer disputes and escalations while ensuring compliance with SOX and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or collections.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience within finance or operations.
• Strong capability with SaaS workflows, Agile methodologies, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Proficiency in billing/collections software such as Zuora, Ariba, or Intacct.
• Ability to manage a worldwide, remote staff in a 24x7 environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
