What you will do
- Own the end-to-end annual planning cycle and quarterly reforecasts, maintaining top-down financial models for ARR, headcount, and OpEx.
- Develop monthly financial and operational reporting packages including P&L, SaaS metrics, and ARR trackers.
- Manage commission plan design, monthly calculations, and coordinate payout processing with Accounting.
- Support the deal desk by reviewing non-standard pricing and establishing commercial guardrails and escalation paths.
- Redesign finance workflows using AI tools like Claude and n8n to automate reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and present financial sections of board decks and investor updates to the executive team.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within B2B SaaS or consulting.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
- Professional fluency in AI tools and a proven track record of using them to automate professional workflows.
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and modern finance tooling.
- English: C1 fluency mandatory.
- Location: Must be based in or able to attend the Paris office.
Nice to have
- Experience building internal automations via n8n, Zapier, or Claude skills.
- Knowledge of SaaS accounting, commission plans, and board-level reporting.
- Working proficiency in French.
