Business Development Manager (Advanced Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Identify and win new clients and large-scale projects across advanced manufacturing, aerospace and defense, energy, batteries, life sciences, and consumer goods.
• Build and manage target-account portfolios, engaging decision-makers before formal RFP processes.
• Promote the full portfolio of engineering, consulting, and capital project services.
• Develop value propositions that communicate ROI and long-term business benefits, including Digital Twin and NVIDIA Omniverse solutions.
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams on scope, pricing, proposals, and long-term account growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management within engineering, consulting, industrial services, or capital project environments.
• Proven success generating new business and winning large-scale industrial projects for enterprise customers.
• Industry experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, aerospace and defense, energy, batteries, life sciences, or related sectors.
• Knowledge of Smart Factory, Digital Twin, Industry 4.0, and Manufacturing Engineering solutions.
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level; willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
