What you will do
- Manage daily office operations and back-of-house functions for the KSA entity.
- Handle professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Coordinate local and international shipments and manage office supply procurement.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records using Excel.
- Support sales teams with project tracking, CRM activities, and company portal management.
- Collaborate with local service partners to facilitate government and company-related administrative processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in administration or sales support roles.
- English: C1+ required
- Arabic: Fluency in verbal and written communication is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.com for project tracking and CRM activities.
