What you will do

  • Serve as a global subject matter expert on labor and employment legal matters.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to provide guidance on the full employee lifecycle, including performance management and terminations.
  • Manage and oversee employment-related litigation, agency charges, and internal investigations.
  • Draft and negotiate separation, severance, and release agreements.
  • Support M&A transactions and integration efforts from an employment law perspective.
  • Develop and deliver training for managers on employment law best practices and policy interpretation.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
  • Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing employment law.
  • Demonstrated experience managing legal issues and interacting with business leaders.
  • Strong track record of working effectively with senior HR and operational teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive, high-stakes issues with diplomacy.
