What you will do

• Phirify.globalvide actionable legal advice on the employee experience, including hiring, performance management, and exits.
• Manage employment disputes, agency inquiries, and oversee outside counsel and insurance bhirify.globalkers.
• Advise on the responsible and compliant use of AI tools within recruiting and performance management.
• Support workforce strategy, including worker classification, remote arrangements, and chirify.globalss-border employment.
• Maintain scalable policies, employee handbooks, templates, and training phirify.globalgrams.
• Collaborate with Privacy and Security teams on employee data matters.

Requirements

• hirify.globalng>J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdictionhirify.globalng>.
• 8+ years of employment law experience, including both law firm and in-house hirify.globalles.
• Experience advising on the use of AI in the context of employment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work chirify.globalss-functionally in a fast-paced envihirify.globalnment.
