What you will do
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), consulting firms, and technology vendors; run co-selling/referral motions and outbound prospecting.
- Qualify inbound leads, conduct technical discovery calls, and convert opportunities into closed deals by creating proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and contracts.
- Manage existing client relationships, run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and develop account expansion roadmaps to drive upsell and growth.
- Build sales operations: set up and maintain CRM, create sales playbooks/templates, implement automation for outreach/follow-ups/renewals/collections, and track key sales metrics.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in technical services (DevOps/cloud/SaaS/infrastructure), professional services/consulting, or staff augmentation/talent solutions.
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
- Experience building sales processes and systems from scratch (early-stage startup experience is a plus).
- Technical aptitude to understand and discuss Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud platforms with technical buyers.
- English and Hebrew required for client-facing communication and documentation.
- US time zone availability (comfortable working primarily in US business hours).
