What you will do

• Lead and manage a shift team within Logistics Operations Disturbance Management, including target setting and performance reviews.
• Ensure operational stability in daily logistics and escalate structural issues within the supply chain.
• Drive people development through individual coaching, training plans, and development actions.
• Define and implement reporting and monitoring systems via KPIs and dashboards.
• Maintain and update work instructions and skill matrices for the team.
• Coordinate daily operations and align workflows between different shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related Engineering field.
• Experience working within a high-tech production environment.
• Proven experience in direct or indirect people management.
• Broad knowledge of logistical and business operations.
• Must provide a certificate of conduct (VOG and VGB).
• Ability to work in Veldhoven, Netherlands, following a 2-shift support schedule.
