What you will do

• Manage daily wafer test operations to meet output, cycle time, and quality targets.
• Supervise, coach, and manage operators on rotating shifts to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Monitor key manufacturing indicators and initiate corrective actions for downtime or yield issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support NPI, equipment recovery, and MVA projects.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, EHS rules, and quality standards through regular audits and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or Mechanical).
• 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in wafer test.
• Proven experience supervising operators in a shift-based environment.
• Strong understanding of wafer test flows, MES systems, and SPC charts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in yield sustaining and manufacturing execution.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification.
