What you will do

• Provide technical oversight and engineering leadership for chemistry reagent manufacturing processes.
• Monitor daily production performance and address technical issues directly on the manufacturing floor.
• Lead root cause investigations for production deviations, nonconformances, and customer complaints.
• Implement process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with specifications and GMP quality systems.
• Mentor production personnel and translate technical findings into clear operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, production engineering, or quality engineering.
• Strong background in chemical formulation manufacturing and wet chemistry processes.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in root cause analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fort Myers, FL.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience supporting drinking water or wastewater chemical analysis instrumentation.
• Six Sigma certification or experience with Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Experience working within GMP or other regulated quality systems.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills.
