What you will do
- Supervise 3rd shift production and material handling for a team of approximately 30 hourly employees.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards while managing budgets and cost control.
- Lead daily Gemba walks and KPI board reviews to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and root cause problem-solving using voice-of-customer (VOC) feedback.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality departments to resolve major process and quality issues.
- Contribute to facility planning, plant layout, and capital planning projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and their practical application.
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems and advanced decision-making skills.
- Supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage team members.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment testing.
