What you will do

• Supervise 3rd shift production and material handling for a team of approximately 30 hourly employees.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards while managing budgets and cost control.
• Lead daily Gemba walks and KPI board reviews to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and root cause problem-solving using voice-of-customer (VOC) feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality departments to resolve major process and quality issues.
• Contribute to facility planning, plant layout, and capital planning projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and their practical application.
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems and advanced decision-making skills.
• Supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage team members.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment testing.
