What you will do

• Support and execute manufacturing process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement corrective actions using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Support CNC machining operations through process improvements, tooling optimization, and work instruction development.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and design teams to resolve issues and support manufacturing goals.
• Support new product introductions by assisting with process readiness and initial production builds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI.
• 2+ years of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD software and office productivity tools.
• Working knowledge of Lean fundamentals and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience supporting CNC machining operations.
• Familiarity with Mastercam, WoodWOP, or similar CNC programming software.
