What you will do

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop markets and identify project opportunities.
• Design pilot test plans and perform heat/material balances and hydraulic calculations.
• Apply process optimization strategies, including zero-liquid-discharge, resource recovery, and crystallization purification.
• Manage the preparation of technical proposals and develop quantifiable customer value propositions.
• Interface with clients to understand needs and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain price quotations and technical data for equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in the field.
• Proficiency in one or more process simulation software programs.
• Strong knowledge of process design, unit operations, thermodynamics, and transport phenomena.
• Ability to work onsite in an office, laboratory, and industrial plant environment (including climbing ladders and wearing PPE).
