What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement complex process improvement initiatives.
• Manage large-scale capital projects, including budgeting, procurement, installation, and start-up.
• Drive the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop plant layouts to improve material flow, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Mentor and train junior engineers on new processes and systems.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant and progressive manufacturing engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience with New Product Development (NPD) processes and stage gates.
• Proven ability to implement Lean fundamentals and manage capital equipment projects.
• Proficiency in office software and ability to work independently.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete background checks.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated Six Sigma problem-solving project work.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
