What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the New Product Development team to deliver against the product roadmap.
• Establish and maintain a phased NPD process with defined deliverables and performance metrics.
• Facilitate production meetings to track status, ensure schedule commitments, and remove barriers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales to drive product changes and manufacturability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track milestone fidelity and project status.
• Contribute hands-on to the development and testing of new water treatment products.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience in new product development.
• Working knowledge of water treatment systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, Monday through Friday.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete background checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with lean principles and constraint theory.
• Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems.
• Laboratory management skills.
