What you will do

• Design, implement, and verify micro-architecture and RTL for complex power management integrated circuits.
• Collaborate with system and chip architects to deliver industrial-quality design implementations.
• Manage the full design cycle from micro-architecture specifications to silicon lab bring-up.
• Review test plans and execution with design verification teams.
• Supervise and mentor digital design engineers to foster technical growth.
• Improve design and verification methodologies across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 15+ years of experience, or Master’s with 10-12 years, or PhD with 8-10 years.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Expertise in System Verilog RTL coding and System Verilog Assertions.
• Proficiency in Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).
• Demonstrated success in project leadership and modular design.
• Experience with embedded micro-controller systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ethernet, PCIe, and CXL protocols.
• Experience with power conversion systems.
