What you will do

• Design and implement advanced DFT hardware, test fabrics, and on-chip test networks.
• Develop reusable IPs from architecture through delivery, including synthesis, timing closure, and physical design.
• Manage internal and third-party IP integrations, ensuring interface alignment and quality.
• Debug complex hardware issues across RTL, verification, synthesis, and integration environments.
• Lead design and architecture reviews while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Coordinate project execution, including planning, dependency tracking, and risk management.

Requirements

• Strong background in Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL for digital hardware design and simulation.
• Mastery of UVM and directed testbench IP verification.
• Deep understanding of DFT requirements for SoCs, including scan, MBIST, LBIST, POST, and IJTAG.
• Proven experience developing complex reusable IPs from architecture through delivery.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety concepts and ASIL-oriented design flows.
• Exposure to security-aware hardware design, including secure boot and access control.
• Familiarity with hirify.global flows such as Xcelium, JasperGold, Genus, and Innovus.
• Experience with automotive, industrial, AI, or hyperscaler-class IP development.
