What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and perform validation and repair of fixed probe cards and probe heads.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faulty probe cards to minimize production impact.
• Oversee installation, qualification, and upgrades of probe card analyzer equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and performance metrics.
• Develop and standardize troubleshooting procedures and maintenance guidelines.
• Lead and execute MVA projects to reduce Die Free Package Cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wafer probe process and fixed probe card maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with probe card analyzer equipment.
• Proficiency in microscope inspection, soldering, and fine alignment techniques.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Statistical data analysis skills.
