What you will do

• Install and commission automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment faults.
• Conduct routine maintenance and provide product training to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and call tracker documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and parts usage efficiently to minimize recalls.

Requirements

• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in field service.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and IT networking.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the country.
