TL;DR

What you will do

  • Drive sell-out performance and market share growth in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
  • Implement and optimize POS marketing programs to ensure brand strategy alignment.
  • Expand the dealer and fleet service provider network while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
  • Oversee store refurbishment and fit-out projects to enhance brand image and customer experience.
  • Manage administrative reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping for regional business requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work within Victoria and Tasmania, Australia.
  • 5+ years of experience in a comparable role with executional accountability.
  • Proven track record in licensing or franchising, ideally within retail or commercial consumer environments.
  • Strong sales and account management experience with a history of performance success.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence independent business operators.
  • Strong negotiation skills for accounts ranging from small businesses to national major accounts.
