What you will do
- Develop and nurture high-level relationships with senior executives at the Department of Home Affairs.
- Lead strategic conversations to influence revenue, cost management, and capability development.
- Implement strategies to achieve billed revenue targets and secure new business orders.
- Collaborate with functional leads to ensure outstanding customer experiences and strategic alignment.
- Maintain high sales activity levels to build and manage an effective opportunity pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal groups to ensure efficient implementation of new business.
Requirements
- Over five years of experience in corporate or government environments in sales, account management, or project management.
- Proven experience in B2B relationships with a consultative engagement style.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at C-level (CIO, CFO, CEO).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and active listening capabilities.
- Demonstrated business insight and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Must be based in Canberra, ACT, Australia.
