What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Engage prospects to understand their challenges and deliver effective product demonstrations.
- Own and work towards revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewals.
- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers to support retention, adoption, and long-term success.
- Identify and close opportunities for account expansion through upgrades and partner solutions.
- Monitor customer usage to identify risks and share actionable insights internally.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or recruitment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn commercial and customer success strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney, Australia office.
