What you will do

• Own and scale partner marketing strategy for US-based partners, designing effective co-marketing programs.
• Serve as the lead marketing counterpart to strategic partners and act as a primary liaison across internal teams.
• Support partnerships pre-deal by influencing marketing commitments and defining joint value propositions.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for key partnerships.
• Define and operationalize performance frameworks, setting clear KPIs and delivering executive-level insights.
• Ensure global-to-local campaign consistency while adapting to regional market nuances.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or co-marketing roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner marketing programs globally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, growth, and sales teams in fast-moving environments.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a hands-on approach to campaign execution.
