What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of strategic partner marketing programs to drive channel growth.
- Own co-marketing strategies and develop scalable frameworks for partner activation.
- Drive integrated go-to-market campaigns across partner-led and customer-facing initiatives.
- Manage budget allocation by partner segment to maximize ROI and business impact.
- Partner with sales leadership to execute joint go-to-market plans for strategic accounts.
- Mentor junior team members and operationalize partner marketing strategy across the organization.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of partner marketing experience within a similar channel ecosystem.
- Proven success leading cross-functional partner GTM programs and driving pipeline growth.
- Strong experience in partner demand generation, including events, webinars, and digital activation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and measuring program performance.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
