Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Coppell, TX.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a high-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of relevant print/mail, production, or manufacturing experience.
• Flexibility for non-standard hours, including peak periods, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Proven track record of operational excellence and team leadership.
