What you will do
- Drive cycle time, quality, and output performance across assigned semiconductor manufacturing segments.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to remove barriers to WIP movement and improve factory execution.
- Develop and execute structured roadmaps to address bottlenecks and capacity gaps.
- Analyze factory performance using reporting systems to identify trends and constraint areas.
- Maintain and validate strategic capacity roadmaps, ensuring accuracy of key metrics.
- Coach partner teams on best practices in flow optimization and operational discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering, supply chain, or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.
- Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP, SPC, MATLAB, or Mathematica.
- Strong understanding of factory physics, WIP behavior, and lean manufacturing principles.
