Salary: $59,000–$70,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and support production line members to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Plan and allocate resources dynamically to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
• Conduct product inspections, identify non-conformances, and investigate root causes for assembly issues.
• Drive daily Gemba walks and report-outs for the production cell.
• Manage team morale, provide feedback, and facilitate training and cross-training initiatives.
• Update backlog reporting tools and coordinate with material handlers to ensure timely shipments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire, guide, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bedford, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with opto-electronics and PCB commodities.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma environments.
• Knowledge of ESD and 5S principles.
