What you will do

• Supervise daily intake operations to ensure production schedules are met safely and to quality specifications.
• Lead and motivate production teams, including conducting training, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 14001, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Partner with engineering and supply chain teams to optimize material availability and capacity.
• Monitor production performance metrics and identify root causes for variances.
• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and 5S.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Deerfield, IL.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or reverse logistics, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of medical device quality systems (FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 14001).
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems such as QAD, SAP, or Oracle.
• Ability to work on-site with potential for shift work or weekend coverage.
