What you will do

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Lead and motivate manufacturing associates to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP regulations.
• Manage production schedules, labor loading, and resource allocation.
• Support nonconformance investigations, CAPAs, and quality audits.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and 5S programs.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a medical device or highly regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of quality systems (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820).
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems.
• Must be available for on-site work in Orange County, CA.
