Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + commission

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to prioritize and capture new business in mid to large-sized K-12 districts.
- Manage complex, multi-stage sales cycles while maintaining a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify client challenges and propose tailored software solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, enablement, and executive teams to leverage resources and close deals efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies based on market feedback and evolving client needs.
- Engage and influence executive-level decision-makers to demonstrate the value of the platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in complex, mid-market sales cycles.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the Great Lakes region (MI, IL, WI, IN).
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as GAP, Solution, Challenger, or SPIN Selling.
- Strong territory management acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-level decision-makers.
