What you will do

• Provide technical guidance to internal teams on certification pathways and regulatory risks.
• Communicate with agencies (NSF, ASSE, CSA, UL, FM) and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Review engineering changes for certification impact to ensure continued compliance with standards.
• Prepare and submit product compliance plans to certifying agencies.
• Coordinate third-party testing, audits, and inspections, including technical documentation review.
• Manage technical certification databases, annual renewals, and engineering change documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering, Product Certification, or Product Management.
• Knowledge of certifiers such as NSF, ASSE, CSA, UL, and FM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be based in or be able to work in North Andover, MA (Hybrid setup required).
