What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Talent Management on enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
• Design and implement robust Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to embed talent strategies into workforce planning and organizational development.
• Drive cross-functional visibility of talent to support global mobility and leadership development.
• Evaluate and redesign the 2026 Talent Review approach using industry best practices and internal feedback.
• Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for strategic interventions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior HR and business leaders.
• Experience contributing to talent review and succession planning frameworks.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, four days per week.
