What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Talent Management on enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
- Design and implement robust Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to embed talent strategies into workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive cross-functional visibility of talent to support global mobility and leadership development.
- Evaluate and redesign the 2026 Talent Review approach using industry best practices and internal feedback.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for strategic interventions.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Proven experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior HR and business leaders.
- Experience contributing to talent review and succession planning frameworks.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Must be able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, four days per week.
