UID Product Engineer

What you will do

• Lead mechanical solution design for new UID product developments and engineering changes.
• Develop quality, reliability, and validation plans with laboratory, sourcing, quality, SQM, and supplier teams.
• Coordinate prototype builds with internal teams and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement based on results.
• Create and manage PDM/VC configuration rules and maintain product data in system platforms.
• Develop and update 3D models, 2D drawings, and related technical documentation.
• Address technical quality feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
• Experience with Creo parametric design and PDM scripting is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, initiative, and continuous improvement mindset.
