What you will do

• Identify automation opportunities through shopfloor observation, process analysis, and value stream evaluation.
• Design automation concepts for manufacturing, logistics, packaging, and material handling.
• Develop process flow diagrams, automation architectures, and system integration strategies.
• Evaluate and select equipment such as robots, machine vision, AGVs/AMRs, and sensors.
• Perform feasibility studies, productivity analysis, and ROI calculations.
• Prepare technical proposals, layout drawings, and project reports while tracking execution schedules.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of factory automation, PLC systems, sensors, and machine vision.
• Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Visio.
• Strong analytical and logical-thinking skills for solving complex manufacturing challenges.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Wuxi, China.
