What you will do

• Lead and support new project development based on customer applications and requirements.
• Manage and release technical documentation, including 2D/3D data, specifications, and DFMEA.
• Review product designs from electrical, magnetic, and structural perspectives to ensure design intent.
• Troubleshoot issues from customers, manufacturing, and suppliers to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Coordinate and evaluate internal DV and PV testing and provide onsite support for customer validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in electrical motor development within the automotive industry.
• Mandatory basic knowledge of Pumps.
• Proficiency in GD&T and 2D/3D tools such as Pro-e, UG, or CAD.
• Knowledge of quality tools including APQP, PPAP, and TS.
• English proficiency as a working language.

• Experience with electrical motor EM simulation tools.
